Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, product drops, high-volume periods, or due to unexpected delays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier.
Typical delivery estimates:

Any promotions offering free shipping will be applied according to the terms shown at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
NomadsX is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, NomadsX is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, building office, or mailroom.
We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
NomadsX is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If an international package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping fees may not be refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
