Return & Refund Policy

At NomadsX, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

  • Returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories if applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items

  • Accessories or items with hygiene concerns, unless defective

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, we recommend returning the original item if eligible and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. NomadsX is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
